Join us for a harvest adventure as we seek out and observe nature's bounty. During this walk, we'll be on the lookout for nuts, berries, and seeds that are produced by our native plants. We’ll discuss how each is important as a wildlife food source, and a few that we humans can enjoy too.

Bent of the River Audubon Center is a 700-acre nature sanctuary and education center located in Southbury, Connecticut. We are part of the Audubon Connecticut state office of the National Audubon Society and Atlantic Flyway. Our mission is to protect birds and the places they need, today and tomorrow.
