Bent of the River Audubon Center is a 700-acre nature sanctuary and education center located in Southbury, Connecticut. Along with Greenwich Audubon Center and Sharon Audubon Center, we are part of Audubon Connecticut, a state office of the National Audubon Society.
Visitors are welcome to enjoy our trails, nature programs, and conservation-themed events throughout the year.
Each year in April Bent of the River participates in a 36-hour online giving event hosted by the Connecticut Community Foundation. When you support the Bent, your gift makes a greater impact. Please save the date and plan to give.
