Discover how to make your outdoor spaces more inviting for birds! With a few simple strategies and practices, any area can become bird-friendlier. In this four-part online workshop, we will take an in-depth look at the things you can do to transform your outdoor spaces into bird-friendly oases for our year-round avian residents and those stopping over during their migratory fall journey to the south. Join Audubon and learn about planting native plants, knowing when to deadhead perennials after they bloom, and other things you can do to make your outdoor areas safe and welcoming for birds.

The four sessions will take place every Tuesday from September 15 thru October 6.

  • Week 1 (September 15): Attracting Birds by the Seasons
  • Week 2 (September 22): Plants to Attract Your Favorite Birds
  • Week 3 (September 29): Being Bird-friendly Beyond the Plants
  • Week 4 (October 6): Native Plant Considerations and Maintenance

Upon registration, you will receive a link to log into the online classroom.
